Highlight of the Night

I read the Pontiac Daily Leader about the funeral of Officer Kohlmeier and his K9 Draco. They were buried together as I had suspected that they were being buried since they died together. I think it was right thing to do. If I ever stop by in Pontiac I would be able to visit the grave for both of them. They will be greatly missed by everyone in Pontiac and include myself no matter. Officer Kohlmeier as I heard was great person. and Draco a great member of the K9 team.
Not much much going on today it was raining and I was so sleepy because of the weather. I had nap and had nice dream, weird huh, heh. It seems like everytime I have nap I start to dream of course I do dream at night while I sleep.
It is crap that Christmas movies had takes over the tv and it really are crappy that I would not be able to enjoy tv anymore. They are boring. But good thing I have cable and have few channels I would be able to watch what I like to watch anyway.

Monday highlight

My sister had ran yesterday at the ING New York City Marathon but it was not her best. She was glad that she did it since she was suppose to run last year but NYC cancelled it due to Superstorm Sandy. It was her first Marathon since Boston where she ran when the marathon was bombed. I was thankful that she make to the finishing line just before the 2 bombs went off. But it was very scary that my sister was shaking and went into shock.

I am very anxious to get in the Lymphedema message center because my leg swelling is getting worse. I have NO clue why my mother was hesitating of getting me there. I was suppose to go there day after my doctor appointment but we didn't go because of my mother's hesitating of getting me there sighs.

I am getting tired of my mother's hesitates of my abilities of wanted to be on my own.

Can't wait to watch Sleepy Hollow tonight as it is starting again. I am so glad that people who watched the show had spread around telling how much they really like the show, Sleepy Hollow. I missed the pilot but did caught up on the 2nd episode and really like it until they ran the pilot again that I finally saw it and can tell why people really like it. Beside I know why, beacuse the one of actor who plays one charater was SO handsome, mentally I went, oh please heh..but I agree with the ladies about him.

Really I love myseries stories on TV or Movies.

End Of Watch 10/30/13

Officer Casey Kohlmeier and his K-9 partner Draco of Pontiac, IL police department were killed in car accident on I-55 2 days ago to a drunk driver on I-55 near Pontiac. I was completely shocked, the news about them when a member of a group had report about them on the page. I was shocked that they were from Pontiac and I felt too much close kit to Bloomington where I always have been to. Everyone include me were in shock. I cried nonstop. They are having the funeral tomorrow for Casey and Draco. I did lighted the candle for them. I need to find a blue lightbulb so I can have it light in my front porch. Their deaths had hit me harder. I know I don't know them very well but still they were SO young when they died.

It was not the first time it did hit me. 2 police officers in my town were killed in helcopter crash 7 years ago, they were on duty helping other town police department chasing a suspect who fled when it happened.

I always travel on I-55 going south from Chicago to Bloomington and I would be able to pass Pontiac every time I travel on I-55 when I was child living in Chicago. Also coming from Michigan on I-94 toward to Chicago and switch to I-55 when I was a teen and now. It was simple trip that way where I am coming from Michigan. I always wonder what Pontiac is like. I know that the town is small. I am just wondering what small town like Pontiac is like. Hopefully someday I can stop by to see the town and maybe stop by at Casey's grave and visit.

My sister had left for New York City for The ING New York City Marathon which is on Sunday. I wish my sister good luck on her first Marathon since Boston and from Superstorm Sandy.

It had been one year since Sandy and the storm left path of destruction and damages from Sandy were very bad. It had been very long recovery for the East coast and the Sandy's hard hit areas. I have seen areas very badly damaged from Sandy and it was worse. It was terrifying to see all the pictures that was badly damaged from Sandy. Some of things we will never get back again

My Health News 
Last week I went to my doctor to have my doctor to check my left leg because it was been swelling up for a month. I was worried if there was a blood clot. So they sent me to the ultrasound to check on my leg and didn't find blood clot so it was ruled out but they found something else and it was very worrysome. Later they set my appointment at Cardiovascular Center same part of my cardiologist, a part of University Hospitals. So yesterday I went to Cardiovascular Center to meet with my vascular doctor who is also a surgeon I think.
Things seems ok with it since I have it for about 10 years and it didn't change so I don't have to have surgery, I will go back in April for follow up visit. my new doctor diagnosed the result that I have A-V fistula in my hip area but it is not a life threatening. Also I have Lymphedema of lower Extremity.
I am now in PT for my leg like doing messaging my leg to get it back where it is suppose to be.

cooler weather this week.

Southeast Michigan is having cooler weather this week with this coming up weekend will be very cooler with 50s degrees. I hope that I need some relief with my foot not being so swelling up. I am having trouble with my left leg for few weeks but I think I need to get to see doctor about it. It is possiblity that I had infection in my foot that cause the swelling.

I need to make cookies. I am craving for cookies.

I have new favorite show, Sleepy Hollow at first I wasn't interested but I kept hearing that Sleepy Hollow was very good that people were so addicted to the show. So I decide to watch a week after the premire of the show's pilot and really like it. That the show had renew for 2nd season next year, 2014. I watched tonight's episode last one for 3 weeks until Nov 4th. Can't wait for Nov 4th.

Early Snowstorm.

We have very early snowstorm, Atlas that slammed in Wyoming and South Dakota. I think part of West Iowa with almost 50 inches of snow, Poor people are stuck. I hope people will be rescued soon after the storm end.
I am sure everyone were shocked by this early snowstorm but it is just a beginning. I am sure there will be more storms later on like last year.

October is here.

I can't believe October is here already and in 3 months it will be year 2014, short of time.
guess I need to save money for Christmas, RMES.. I need to plan that what I can do. I am sure next year I will be doing the cross stitch stuff for everyone for sure. I will start when New Year arrive or little before about after Christmas that I will get them start.
I wanted to save money for Florida as well.
