Back home

I am back from Up North Minnesota. I had fun week there. I rode ATV with uncle. Shopping in Grand Rapids, Minn I love shopping there. I did read 3 books and finished 2 and now that I read half of the 3rd books. Fishing was fun and I did caught few but they were too small to keep, shoot. Oh well. It was very enjoyable quiet vacation.

I did stop at Mackinac City on my way home and got one shirt and one book that I wanted.

Minnesota Vacation

I am going to Up North Minnesota this week, I am  so excited. I hope this year will be better than 2 years ago. I am getting things ready to go like packing.  I am bring my 3 thick books to read. Nothing much going on and I am busy packing.

August is here

I am feeling better  from the throat virus. I am so glad that I was on medication for it. having throat virus is very difficult to get rid of. It seems like I had trouble time being sick last month that I was sick for whole month. I am hoping to go up north Minnesota this month. I love that place, My favorite place to relax and do nothing but fishing with my uncle.

feeling little better

I am feeling little better but I doubt I will be still sick until next week shrugs. I have this feeling that I will be not be much better when weekend arrive. I am glad that throat is much better that I would swallow better. It does hurts when I swallow that I wouldn't eat very good. I am sure that I lost a pound since then. I am resting much.

Went to the Doctor

I went to the doctor today because I was still sick with throat virus and it didn't go away. I know that it takes time for it to go away but I felt worse. It was white. Strep rule out that I don't have it. Just throat virus. I am on medication to get rid of it.
I hope it will work.

Will miss them

I will miss them, my brother and my nieces. They left today to head back home to Texas. I hope to see them soon but not sure when. I had fun with them for 2 weeks.
I am still thinking of going up north with my best friend for few days, maybe stop by in Traverse City on the way back home or on the way up but I think I would like to do that on the way back home. Will talk to my best friend about that and start planning for next summer. I will book boarding for my dog so I don't have to worry about him.

Back from the Trip

I am back from the trip, got home so late last night but the day at Mackinac Island was great but didn't do the Mackinac Crossing mall there but I hope that I will go back there soon that mom plan to go to Minnesota for some break and I agree, that I felt that I would like to have some break as well.
We did stop at Sleeping Bear Dunes. I was so happy to get a chance to see the park.  We stayed at Great Wolf Lodge, did the waterpark there where I fell and hurt my elbow but I fix it like clean it up to prevent infection.  I love the water rides, they are awesome and my 2nd niece like them as well that she rode them with her dad (my brother)

I hope do up north with my best friend maybe next summer if she wanted to. I am thinking of going to Florida but not sure when because need to save money for that. For Up North I don't think need that much money between us, but I will make sure I save enough.
