i still do have depression someday i am feeling great, someday i feel so down that i don’t feel like want to do anything just being in bed on some mornings, i had hard time getting up but still i do have to take Pappy out often as he need to go out i don’t have problem doing that. during every winter time i get SAD (Season Affective Disorder) also i already have is dysthymia Sometimes i don’t feel like wanna to go out to do something like going shopping as i know that shopping is therapy for feel better but as i don’t have much money left then i would be able to save some then i can go shopping next time i am feeling down. plus doing my hobby do help also cross stitch is my hobby and they do keep me busy and i don’t keep focus on my depression.
when i am on pms i felt crappy and feeling down but i won't let it get to me. everytime i shower it always make me feel better and feeling fresh.Taking care of my dog also make me feel good and he being on my side all the time and be my companion that i love to be his. That make me not feeling depressed
